These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, applications, courses, and related services made available by Google Chacha (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you have reached the age of majority in your place of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By creating an account or using the Services, you confirm that you satisfy these requirements. Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

2. Account Security and User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You are also responsible for all activity carried out through your account. Google Chacha will not be responsible for loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials or from unauthorized use of your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any suspected security incident. We may suspend or restrict access to any account that appears to be compromised or is being used in breach of these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Services in any way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of Google Chacha or any third party, distributes malicious code, attempts unauthorized access to any system or data, facilitates fraud or unlawful activity, or interferes with the proper operation of the Services. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any course material or other content without our prior written consent. You must not use any training, tools, or content for unlawful, unauthorized, or abusive purposes, including piracy, fraud, or any attempt to bypass security protections for illegal use. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access where we reasonably believe that a violation has occurred or where such action is necessary for security, operational, or legal reasons.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Payment Processing

All fees for subscriptions, courses, or other paid features will be presented to you before you complete a purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated amount using a valid payment method accepted on the Platform.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers, including processors that Google Chacha may add from time to time. Such providers process payment information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. Google Chacha does not store full card numbers or other sensitive payment authentication data on its own systems. All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout, and you are responsible for applicable taxes unless the law requires us to collect and remit them. If a subscription renews automatically, you authorize the relevant payment provider to charge your selected payment method on each renewal date unless you cancel before renewal in accordance with the applicable plan terms.

5. No Refunds; Cancellation

We do not offer refunds. All sales of subscriptions, courses, and other paid products are final. Fees once paid will not be refunded. You may cancel a recurring subscription to stop future billing; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund will be given for the unused portion of any period already paid.

6. Intellectual Property; Course and Download Use

All content available through the Services, including courses, videos, text, graphics, branding, and other materials, is owned by Google Chacha or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Course content (including video and other course materials) is provided for online access and streaming only. You may not download, copy, record, or save course content to your device or any other medium. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.

Where we make software or other files available for download (e.g. via a Downloads section), you may download and use them at your own risk. Google Chacha is not responsible for any such software or file, including any software that collects, transmits, or uses data from your device or PC. You are solely responsible for evaluating and using any downloaded software and for any loss, damage, or data collection that results from such use.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information will be handled in accordance with that policy and with applicable data protection laws.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOOGLE CHACHA DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. ALL TRAINING, CONTENT, AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED FOR AUTHORIZED AND LAWFUL USE ONLY, AND YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SOFTWARE OR FILES YOU DOWNLOAD FROM THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY SUCH SOFTWARE THAT COLLECTS OR TRANSMITS DATA FROM YOUR DEVICE OR PC; USE OF DOWNLOADED SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOOGLE CHACHA AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF GOOGLE CHACHA FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GOOGLE CHACHA DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Google Chacha, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time if we believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, created security or legal risk, or if suspension or termination is otherwise necessary to protect the Services or other users. On termination, your right to access and use the Services will end immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in this section prevents Google Chacha from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights, systems, or intellectual property.

13. Modifications

Google Chacha may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page together with a revised "Last updated" date. Where required, we may also provide notice by email, account notification, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
