What is Google Chacha?
Google Chacha is a professional technical training platform. We offer courses and training in authorized diagnostics, device repair, boot repair, account recovery, and related technical skills for legitimate service and educational use.

How do I create an account?
Click “Get Started” on the homepage and complete the registration form with your name, email, and a secure password. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region) to register. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) after signup for better security.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, use the “Forgot password” or “Reset password” link. Enter the email address associated with your account and follow the instructions sent to that email. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

How do I access my courses after purchasing?
After your payment is confirmed, your subscription or course access is activated. Log in to your account and go to your dashboard or the Courses section. Your enrolled courses and materials will appear there. Access may be limited to the subscription period or as stated at the time of purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through secure third-party processors. Accepted methods and currencies are shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details on our servers. If you have trouble completing a payment, try another method or contact support.

Do you offer refunds? Can I cancel my subscription?
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. You may cancel a recurring subscription to stop future charges; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is given for any amount already paid.

How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?
After logging in, go to your account or security settings. Look for the option to enable two-factor authentication and follow the steps to link your account with an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator). Keep your backup codes in a safe place in case you lose access to the app.

Can I download courses or course videos?
No. Course content, including videos and other course materials, is not available for download. It is for online access and streaming only through your account. You may not download, copy, or save course content.

Can I download software or files from the site? Who is responsible if software collects data from my PC?
Where we provide software or other files for download (e.g. in the Downloads section), you may download and use them at your own risk. We are not responsible for any such software or file. If any software you download collects, transmits, or uses data from your device or PC, we are not responsible. You are solely responsible for evaluating and using downloaded software and for any loss, damage, or data collection that results.

How do I contact support?
Use the Contact Support page or the support link in the footer. You can also reach us via the contact channels (e.g. email, WhatsApp) listed on the website. We aim to respond to legitimate requests within a reasonable time.

Is the training legal and for authorized use only?
Yes. All training and materials on Google Chacha are intended for authorized, legitimate service, repair, and educational purposes only. You are responsible for using the knowledge and tools in compliance with the laws in your jurisdiction. Misuse may result in account termination and possible legal action.
